Request deletion of your Tayer Driver account
This public resource lets a Tayer Driver applicant, approved, suspended, or blocked driver request account and associated-data deletion even without access to the app.
How to submit a request
In the Driver app, open Settings → Delete account and confirm the permanent deletion request. If you cannot use the authenticated app flow, email support@otlobtech.com with the subject “Delete Tayer Driver account” from the email associated with your account where possible. Include your registered phone number and state clearly that you want the entire Driver account and associated eligible data deleted. Do not attach identity documents to ordinary email.
What the request covers
A verified request covers your authentication account, Driver profile or application, uploaded eligibility documents, device-session data, and other personal data associated with the account that Tayer is not legally required or permitted to retain. Eligible data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized rather than merely hiding or disabling the profile.
Identity verification
We use proportionate verification to protect accounts and driver identity documents from unauthorized deletion. We may confirm control of the registered phone or email or provide a secure verification step. We will not require more information than reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Records that may be retained
Some trip, route, incident, complaint, financial, tax, insurance, consent, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or claim records may be retained when Egyptian law requires or permits it. Retained records are limited to the justified purpose, access-restricted, not used to reactivate the account, and deleted or anonymized when the applicable period ends.
Timing and confirmation
We will acknowledge the request, complete any necessary verification, tell you the expected completion timing if deletion is not immediate, and confirm when processing is complete. If we retain a category of data, we will explain the category and reason where disclosure is legally permitted.
Restriction, objection, and complaints
You may instead ask to restrict processing, correct data, or receive a retention explanation. You may challenge a refusal or incomplete response through support and exercise any complaint right available before the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Center or another competent authority.
Submit the deletion request
Email support@otlobtech.com with the subject “Delete Tayer Driver account” and include the registered phone number. We will reply with verification and completion information.
